It's happening!
The Smashwords edition is converting to digital formats right now. The Amazon and Barnes and Noble ebooks are pending approval. Publication date is still estimated at April 15. I also just started a Facebook page for the book, here http://www.facebook.com/pages/Justified/147400378661169
